CANCELLATION
POLICY & REFUND POLICY

  • 1 to 7 DAYS 100% Refund – No Deduction*
  • 8 to 30 DAYS 50% DEDUCTION on the booking amount and the remaining paid amount, if any, will be refunded.*
  • 31 DAYS onwards NO REFUND on the booking amount and the remaining paid amount, if any, will be refunded.*

The above cancellation deduction is on the booking amount; the remaining paid amount will be refunded after deducting the Card/Bank payment charges, if any, as per the Policy.

How to apply for Cancellation:
  • Customer should send an Email request to the CRM Team @  crm@vijayrajagroup.com
  • No Verbal / Telephonic / Message cancellation requests will be accepted.
  • The unit will be Auto Cancelled if the required payments from the customer are not received within 30 days from the Date of Booking.
  • If there is any eligible Refund as per the above policy, the same will be processed in 90 working days from the date the request is received.
